Roots students with gloves and shin guards attending striking class

Muay Thai

Build your striking from the ground up.

Thai kickboxing, also known as Muay Thai, combines punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and clinch work. At Roots, you’ll develop the fundamentals, connect techniques into combinations, and work on the conditioning that supports them.

Our classes welcome different experience levels in a humble, positive, high-energy environment. Whether you’re learning your first combination or refining your technique, the goal is steady progress with clear coaching.
