Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling martial art built around positioning, leverage, and control. Training develops the skills to take an opponent to the ground, move between positions, and apply submissions with technique rather than relying on strength alone.
Roots welcomes students at every skill level. Our BJJ community is built on a humble, positive, high-energy approach to learning. You’ll practice the fundamentals and keep developing your skills alongside coaches and training partners.
